Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 May 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the E-BUS Signal Network (the "Service"), provided by PW Services ("we", "us", "our"). By redeeming a Twitch Channel Points reward for the Service, or otherwise using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

2. The Service

The Service provides community-hosted recruitment websites for EVE Online corporations as part of the E-BUS Signal Network. Upon redemption of an eligible Twitch Channel Points reward, we may provision a subdomain of e-businesshosting.biz, deploy a templated recruitment site populated with publicly available corporation information, and make that site available through the E-BUS Signal Network.

Hosted sites provisioned through the Service remain part of the E-BUS Signal Network infrastructure. Users are granted a revocable licence to use and administer their hosted site while it remains connected to the Service. No ownership interest in the hosted site, underlying software, infrastructure, network services, or associated subdomain is transferred to the User.

A free, equivalent, downloadable version of the recruitment site software is permanently and unconditionally available at e-businesshosting.biz/e-bus and may be self-hosted independently by any user.

The purpose of the Service is to provide a community-operated network of connected recruitment sites rather than the sale, lease, or transfer of website hosting services.

2A. Connected Sites

The E-BUS Connected service is intended to create and maintain a visible connection between participating corporations and the E-BUS Signal Network community. The hosted site forms part of that connection.

Redemption of a Channel Points reward grants participation in the network but does not create any ownership rights in the hosted infrastructure, software, domain names, subdomains, branding, or associated services.

2B. Public profile and blog pages

To support discoverability, we may create or update an SEO-oriented public profile or blog article for a connected corporation. This article may contain publicly available corporation information, a summary of the corporation profile, recruitment status, and a link to the connected E-BUS site.

These profile and blog pages are part of the E-BUS Signal Network and may remain available even if the connected recruitment site is temporarily replaced by a holding page.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any configuration data, contact details, descriptions, or other information they choose to publish through the Service is accurate and appropriate for public display.

Search engines and other indexing services may archive, cache, or retain copies of public profile pages and linked content outside of our control.

3. Free of charge; no monetary consideration

The Service is provided free of any monetary charge. Access is gated by Twitch Channel Points, which under Twitch's own terms have no monetary value and do not constitute currency or property. No payment in money, cryptocurrency, or any other thing of monetary value is required, accepted, or offered in connection with the Service.

The Channel Points cost reflects an engagement requirement — participation in the broadcaster's community — not a price. Time spent earning Channel Points by watching streams is not a commercial transaction.

4. Eligibility

To redeem or use the Service, you must:

We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or reverse any redemption that does not satisfy these requirements. Where Twitch permits, cancelled redemptions may be refunded through Twitch's Channel Points systems.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

We reserve the right to restrict content, replace a site with a holding page, limit administrative access, or take any other reasonable operational action where these obligations are breached.

6. Channel Points and Twitch policies

The Service operates within Twitch's ecosystem and is subject to Twitch's Terms of Service and Channel Points Acceptable Use Policy. We do not control Twitch and we do not represent Twitch. If Twitch's terms change or restrict our operating model, we may have to amend or discontinue the Service.

7. EVE Online intellectual property and third-party data

EVE Online, the EVE Swagger Interface (ESI), EVE Single Sign-On (SSO), and all associated trademarks, names, logos, artwork, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective owners and operators.

The Service is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the owners or operators of EVE Online.

The Service may retrieve and display publicly available corporation information from ESI and other publicly accessible EVE Online data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or currency of third-party data and accept no responsibility for inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or changes in such data.

8. Availability, reconnection and holding pages

We provide the Service on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, support, functionality, or continued operation.

E-BUS Connected sites operate as visible nodes within the E-BUS Signal Network. Continued visibility of a connected site may depend on periodic community reconnection through the applicable Twitch Channel Points reward or other community-engagement mechanism made available by us.

If a connected site is not reconnected within the applicable period, we may replace the active recruitment site with a lore-themed holding page while preserving the underlying site and associated configuration for future reconnection.

A holding page does not necessarily mean that the site has been deleted, suspended, or permanently removed. It is a network visibility state used when an E-BUS connection has lapsed or is awaiting reconnection.

We may modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any corporation data displayed will be current or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and reflecting the no-charge nature of the Service:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from content you cause to be displayed on a site provisioned through the Service, or arising from any breach by you of these Terms.

12. Misuse and loss of access

We may restrict administrative access, replace a site with a holding page, or remove content where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:

Where possible, we will favour a neutral holding page or loss of network visibility over permanent removal. No compensation, reimbursement, or replacement service shall be due.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Service, Twitch, Discord, EVE Online communications, email, or any other reasonable communication channel available to us.

Your continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
